A pharmaceutical manufacturer needed a reliable oven to heat cure the seal caps on vials. A customized Despatch TA truck-in and walk-in oven offered the ideal thermal curing solution and allowed product to be loaded and unloaded directly into and from the oven with minimal material handling.
This customized TA truck-in and walk-in oven featured a stainless steel interior and exterior to meet the customer’s application. The oven also features a high volume recirculating fan with horizontal airflow for fast, uniform heating. The Protocol 3™ controller ensures accurate temperature and process control. The TA truck-in and walk-in oven is shipped fully assembled, wired and tested to minimize installation time.
