Recently, we designed, built and completed a Paint Finishing System for a Midwest structural supplier. This equipment was designed to pretreat, paint, and cure metal components and weldments. With some of the equipment being too large, we shipped partially assembled, which ensures smooth delivery and efficient installation. Horizon offers complete installation at the customers facility. The product is cleaned in two different Torrent™ washing chambers, for a total of a 3-stage process. The parts are then moved into the Cyclone Batch Dry Off Oven, Paint Booth, and ending with Cyclone Batch Cure Oven. We provide every finishing system with the latest control system, offering major electrical components that provides smooth and easy operation. Horizon also provides startup and training of customer personnel.
